Blue tang odd behavior

I've had this guy for a year now but lately he has been doing this odd thing where he goes to the bottom front if the tank and lays down. Any thoughts??

They do have a tendency to lie on their sides and wedge themselves into crevasses when they're scared. Is this a possibility?

no doubt.my trigger lays on his side like he is dying .wrasses also do this.i have heard hippos do the same.does he eat? if so i wouldnt worry about it maybe he is just lazy

yea, they all love eating. anytime i'm near the tank, they get excited for food. Just was worried, thanks

I am sure its nothing. But, just watching him do that. I probably would bust out laughing just a little and be like WTF!!! lol
