Any Info on this fish from experience? My main concern is are they reef safe I have 30 corals in my 80 RT. I also have a huge CC and a few urchins/ shrimp..Will I have any probs with this small Blue Throat ? Will it get along with a Yellow Tang ?

blue throat like niger trigger, r consider reef safe when it comes to triggers. obviously there is no guarantee it wont eat ur shrimps. but the chance is very low.

Would Brine Shrimp frozen cubes be ok to feed this trigger ? I got a small one 2-3 inches does it have enough power to rearrange the rockwork...if it does corals might fall and get damaged any way of avoiding this? Although my LR is not glued together it's pretty firm in place it would take a nice force to move it unless this happens gradually over along period of time so far with this aquascaping no real movement in 6-8 months, I have a msassive CC.

We have one. He does not bother any coral or inverts. Very personable and will eat from the end of a dropper if i put it in the water. He eats anything we feed. Mysis plankton krill. you name it if its meaty its edible. He will probably be very shy at first though. after a couple weeks he will swim to the front of the glass to play.

i have a blue throat and a niger in my 125 reef tank and they are about 4 to 5 inchs. i have almost every kind of coral lps sps softies clams zoos shrooms. alot of inverts clams, snails, crabs, urchins, stars. the only invert i dont have is shrimp. they have been in the tank for about 6 to 7 months. they are doin great they are probably the most docile fish in the whole tank. my tomato clown is more aggressive then the triggers.

what's the best frozen food to get him to start eating I was thinking brine shrimp since that is what I feed the other fish...how often do you feed the trigger ?

I don't think you will have problems, mine is very passive. I would try feeding him mysis and plankton, mine also love squid. Mine is also a slow grower, I got him about a year ago at about 3" nd he is barely 4" now

Is Krill better than brine shrimp ? I currently have those 2 frozen foods, I have some dried plankton as well but its 2 years old might be bad...since the other fish have been eating formula 1 pellets and frozen brine shrimp for a year should I just continue with the same food and change if he doesn't accept the formula1 pellets and frozen brine shrimp.? I also use prime reef frozen food I dont know exactly what that is.
