Blue Velvet Nudibranch and Flatworms

It appears I have flatworms on my Mushrooms. I was reading and saw that this Blue Velvet Nudibranch eats flatworms. Anyone know anything about these? I know of flatworm exit and know it works great but...I am not sure if there are more flat worms than I can see. I am then concerned of the toxins they release if they die.
The only place I see these flatworms is on the shrooms. Weird?

I have heard the same thing about the blue velvet but have yet to find one. I used to have a flat worm problem in my reef tank, I had to does with flat worm exit once a week for two weeks and I would start to run carbon within fifteen minutes I would do a 20% water change after an hour. It took care of my flatworms and I never lost a single coral I did however loose a small fish strawberry something but she was a mean B so I was not too upset

If they are just on your mushroom rock remove the mushroom rock and do a dip either fresh water or salt water with iodine in it and it will kill the FW

I did dip my green shrooms in flatworm exit a while back and it killed them easily. The only problem is the green shrooms never really looked healthy again after that. Maybe I will try a freshwater dip or Iodine like you said.

Anyone else have any luck getting rid of these flat worms? Would a freshwater dip work?

That would kill everything on the rock, and the flatworms might not be eliminated if they are in other places. I have a bad case, I advise treat it PRONTO because it can turn into a plague - all surfaces covered, it looks terrible and I fear may have contributed to the death of our blenny, whose algaes are always covered in worms. Now I can only look to nudis. LFS won't carry them becasue they die without a supply of flatworms. I feel bad, and am criticized for wanting one, since once they wipe out the flatworms they will die. In reflection, I wish I'd put in flatworm exit the day I saw my first patch of them. A couple activated charcoal pads later I would have been gone with them. (this absorbs the poisons)

I did a freshwater (distilled water) dip on a few of my mushrooms and it burned the edges of them. I mean, it worked, but they dont extend as big anymore. Beware of distilled water, its lack of anything makes it dangerous to dip in.
