First things first, did you check your water parameters?
Anyone picking on him?
What else is in the aquarium?

Water is fine, In the tank i have a Adult Korean Angel, Tomini Tang, lawnmower Blenny, Pearly goby, Coral Bueaty angel, Two small perc clowns, And a snowflake eel. I haven seen anay one mess with him

Hm, definitely sounds like some possible predators in there. Eel could have gone after him for sure, as could the angelfish. Is the fish still eating?

i Have pvc under the sandbed i have never seen him come all the way out, and feed him every other day. and the angel is very chill. he swam to a rock but still breathing very hard. his lips look kind of worn but i think its from the pebbles and rocks?

I've had several Blue Spotted Jaw Fish. They are my favorite fish, but in my experience, they are not easy to keep.
The biggest problem I found is they jump so much... either out of the tank (if there is an open spot) or into the top of the glass. I've seen and heard them hit the top of the tank on several occasions. All the way from the bottom of the tank into the top... and quickly!! Blunt force trauma is never good.
I've seen some of the ones I've had in the past do exactly what you are describing. They are fine for a few days... and then *Wham* they aren't. I don't think he will be able to pull out of this. In fact, I'd bet on it.
I don't keep them anymore. From my experience, they are just not good for a tank. Some people keep them with success, but I think it is a fluke!
Have you seen him jump?
Good luck with him...

no i have not seen him jump, but before him i had one that jumped out, i have an eggcrate cover i put on when i got this one, ugh well i really hope he makes it! if not there is an eighty doaller waste!

You just got him, dont you got a 15 day guarantee on him? I buy my fish only online now. They normally QT the fish themselves and LFS at least around here will sell you a fish the second they got it without even seeing if something is wrong with it. Way better you get 2 weeks for him to survive or your money back, and you will rarely get diseases. An online multi-country selling business is way more concerned about the quality of their fish and their reputation then one person at the local fish store saying they got something bad from the store.

i've given up on these fish; even with eggcrate perfectly covering the top of a tank they find away out. I cant figure out why they jump, but IME these fish jump more often then anyother ive seen. I imagine water parameters have alot to do with it. I actually just lost one today to the carpet monster :-( and my parameters are perfect. Out of curiousity whats youre SG? i run mine a bit low 1.022 and ive often wondered if this fish may be intolerant of lower salinity.
On a side note, i wouldnt keep a snowflake with this fish. Jawfish in general and IME especially blue spot, will tend to move from burrow to burrow and its entirely possible if theres a preexisting snowflake burrow/pvc the jawfish wouldnt hesitate to check it out, and that might be a confrontation that could lead to stress or injury

After his whole ordeall he sat in the corner like he was in shock for about two days, really killing all my hopes for survival, i decided as one last effort i moved a rock over to his corner pushed it to the bottem of the sand bed and went to sleep. when i woke up he had burrowed under the rock but was not coming out(1 more day) he started eating and is now looking really good eating, home building, every thing!!!!!!!!!!!!

so i got a blue spot jawfish but i couldn't get him to try out the condo I made, similar to this: DIY Jawfish house
he decided to take up residence behind some rocks. Is there anyway I can get him to move into the PVC piping?

IME, no. these guys will go whereever they please to burrow thier dwelling.

eh mine moved several times, i got him to go were i want though, i put a rock up in the sand by the front pushed it in very deep and feed the fish there so he would have to eat there if he wanted food and sure enough he did built his burrow right in front some rocks to build with are good incentive to.
