Bluespotted Jawfish

I once had a Golden Headed Sleeper Goby that used to sift to the sand and make one heck of a mess. Does the bluespotted jawfish do this also?

Not really. Only when constructing their burrow. And then dont really make a mess like sand siftering gobies can. A lot more hardier than the goby too as long as its kept with peacefull docile tank mates.
A nice but pricey fish

it's the sifting that worried me. My old goby went out of his way to spit sand all over my corals....

My blue spot died. I have a 95gal with about a 6 in sand bed. In one night on the whole right side of the tank was about a foot, they move sand. He then burrowed right ontop of the big mound. Hilarious, until he got finrot

They also like to jump. Mine is currently in the overflow. Haven't figured out how to get him out yet... :notsure:
