Hey all,
I'm new to these boards and am starting a new 92 gallon tank. I've read a lot of your threads which has helped enormously on how I'm going to start this project. I'm a biology major with a Marine emphasis but it's been a while since I've used the skillls and want to thank you guys for your informative message board. I just wanted to introduce myself; I am looking forward to sharing our experiences and input.

Welcome to the board. Are you planning a Reef? Whatever you decide,it would be wise to run your ideas up the flagpole here.You will get very good advice.Patience is more than a virtue with saltwater,it is a necessity.Good Luck.

92 corner bowtank? Beautiful tank IMO. Good Luck w/ it. There are many good people here glad to help and answer you questions. Is it going to be a reef tank?

55 and a 90

Wow, you all reply quickly ;)
It is indeed the 92 corner bow tank. It will be delivered today. I have a little 20 set up with just a few specimens right now. I would like to make it a reef tank but I know I'm going to need to upgrade the lighting on it so we'll see; I bought the package online that came w/ a standard hood. It does have the overflow, wet/dry filiter and protein skimmer though. I'm going to set it up tomorrow and order 100 lbs of live rock this weekend.
I'm going to do my best to be patient on this project like you all say in most post. Any advice is appreciated.......

Hey I have a 20 Gallon soon to be nano reef/clown breeder tank - but you left out another category - I also have a 5 gallon nano reef .....

5 tanks in all, 180,135,120 and 2 50's
the 2 biggest are sw and the other 3 freshwater.

Welcome to the board. I am going to be another guy with little tanks. Right now I have a 10 gallon nano-reef and I will probably be getting stuff tomorrow to set up a 2.5 gallon ricordea tank. Someday I will get a big tank.
I also have a 20L brackish, but I think its days are limited.

By the By, Dindi is pronounced Gengi and Theresa is her owner. My Fila Brasileiro is named Gengi aka Dindi. (In the dog world.):D

THEM ROCKS LOOK DANGEROUS THEY LOOK LIKE THEY COULD FALL EASILY :eek: ... NICE SET UP.., BECAREFULL U DONT WANT TO LOSE SOME LIVE STOCK WITH THAT "BERLIN" WALL:D

Sounds like we have some really nice set ups here. Good to see just how involved everyone is. I'm really looking forward to my Saltwater adventures. Thanks for the welcome
