body changes just before laying eggs?

When a female clown fish gets ready to lay her eggs are there any noticable body changes that you can see?

where do they get fat anywhere other than where they get food fat?

Coral my female clown expands around what I would call her lower chest area. She also hangs out on the rock where she lays her eggs and her and Marlin (the male clown) let no one near it. She just laid more eggs yesterday. I started to keep a record.

The pair will also start to clear off an area to lay eggs.

thanks for the pic bang i see now where and how big they will get the reason why i ask is mine looks fat but i'm not sure how old she is ive had her since Jan. but i'm pretty sure she's not old enough to lay eggs shes only big in the bottom of her body. how big would you say the clown in your pic is in lenght?

when their ready to lay eggs the female will lower her ovipositor. ( egg delivery tube)
