Hey does anyone workout hard on there and if you do what kinda of supplements do you take?
-Hydoxycut
-Whey Protein
-Growth Factor 1
-Creatine
Or anything else that you might take... Just let me know what you think of them and how long you have been useing them...

What do you call a good multivitamin? and do you use any of this stuff and for how long?
and what size are you? I'm 6' 3" 230lbs not much fat i have been working out for years and want to go to that next level... Whey protein and eat lots of chicken, tuna and veggies thats why I'm asking whats out there and if it works...

im taking Tren Xtreme stacked with Mass Xtreme from American Cellular Labs... I also take creatine, whey protien (5 shakes a week mixed with peanut butter and a fruit), Xyence XMotion and a mens formula multivitamin...

i have been on it for 5 weeks now and i am really impressed by the strength gains and how pumped i get... i have gained some size in my arms (1/2")... total cost for this 6 week program is about $350.00... i didnt drink ANY alcohol for 4 weeks (i fell off the wagon last weekend:)...
i am changing up the suppliments and routine 2 weeks from friday... i will only be taking XMotion, whey protien and creatine during that time... i am gonna do SUS500 with Tren250 and hydroxy cut for 4 weeks, take a break then back to Tren and Mass...

GNC Brand of Creatine, Myoplex meal replacement shakes, and any kind of whey is all that I take for supplements.
I as well quit drinking for 2 months. Only consumed water and low fat meats. Check out the "body for life" program.

yes it is legal... it is safe if its taken correctly and not for a long period of time... 4 to 6 weeks with at the minimum of 2 weeks off of it...

I was just going off what we learned in health class last year...which made me wonder. I trust your answer over what I learn in health, no joke. He's responsible, I'm sure he won't abuse it. Thanks for the answer.

My 2 cents.....I'm 34,tried alot of stuff(HMB,hot stuff, vanadyl,creatine,yohimbe bark,Met-rx..on and on).Stick with whats in your fridge!Really,canned tuna in water,eggs(lots of em 8 a day or more),sweet potatos,peanut butter(make your own protien shakes with it!)brown rice,chicken,fresh veggies (as mentioned)and maybe some Aminos(helps your body use the protien in food better)..Save your money,at 16 you don't need much more than a balanced diet..IMO

while you are totally right, i do have to disagree to a point... there are some suppliments out there that will take you to the next level...

Well the book itself just explained what it was...a body building supplement. But my teacher who thinks he knows everything told us it would become the new steroid... I never trusted anything he said, just stuck to the book

without diving into my books or going through various web page quotes... basically creatine is an acid that gives your muscle energy and also increases blood flow in muscle which distributes more testosterone to the muscles...
