chicken 4.in sliced 1/4-1/2 in wide avocado slices wrights peppered bacon, swiss cheese 2 slices, lettuce, tomato, on grilled sour dough cheese slightly melted,and put mayo and ranch dressing on sandwich and fruit salad on the side pretty tasty...tobin

4 chicken

halves
juice of 2 oranges
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons sherry or white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
dash ginger
dash nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon dried leaf basil, crumbled, or 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh chopped basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon Creole seasoning or seasoned salt
Just mix all of this stuff together and then let it marinate for about 2-3 hours and then grill it off. You'll be amazed by how good it is. I run a restaurant and this is very popular.

Great recipes. One that we make that is fast.
Chicken Wraps (time 15 min)
X-large Mission Wraps usually in the jalapeno or sun dried tomato.
2 chicken

[hr]
grilled or pan fried in seasonings of your choice.
Shredded colby cheese.
Lettuce, tomato, peppers and usual toppings, generally what we have at the time
Dressing of your choice.
Wrap in foil these suckers are big.

get some chicken/rib rub called durkee grill creations, st. louis style...rub it on the chicken and either grill it or put in pan with some water...i always sprinkle more on for the heck of it...get some salt and pepper on it, tastes amazing

Bisquick dot com has an awesome baked chicken recipe.
But I had to change a few things so I'll put them here, then you hafta make it, it's awesome.
Use flour instead of bisquick
add 1 teaspoon of salt
add 1 teaspoon of Lowry's salt
And the baking time is way less. What they recomend dries out the

(but it's good for the dark meat)
For the breasts I do 15 minutes, then flip for 10 more.
at their recomended temp.
Best healthy chicken recipe in the world IMO... And I don't normally even LIKE white meat!!
