well for me, its always karma kicking in, i get free stuff and within a day, its dead, at a LFS, i was dealing with this guy and wanted 3 crabs, an emerald, sallylitefoot, and a decorator spider. the guy said 10 for the emerald, 12 for the sally, and 15 for the decorator, i said ok, he bagged them and walked away, the other guy came and asked how much the guy said, i told him "10, 12, 15" just like he told me. well at this place, there is no tax on cash and everything is negotiable, they like to round there numbers down and give good deals, well he says ok, just gimme 10(thinking i meant the guy said, 10, 12, OR 15 bucks, so i got 37bucks worth, for 10, the decorator died that night and the emerald was eaten by my urchin within a week so karma always evens out their mistakes for me, just like the midas goby
