bottled salt water?

I was at a lfs and noticed that they had bottled saltwater phosphate and silicate free i don't remember the name brand anyone ever use this seems like a good idea or should i stay away

Did they bottle the water? Or was it bottled by a seperate company?

Was it from Catalina Water Company? They sell it at *****. Kind of pricey at $10 per 5 gallons

Real easy to change water. They sell it for .59 cents a gallon here. Not too bad because I pay .25 cents a gallon for RO water. It make changing water very easy.

Wish I could get Catalina water for 59 cents. I'd switch in a heartbeat!!!!!!!

That's what I thought I read in a previous post.
I would verify the reputation of the bottling company, and ask your LFS for names and numbers of people that have used it if you aren't satisfied with your own opinion.

If it comes from the Catalina Water Co then it is good. Over here where we are very close to Catalina(not sure if they are related or not) they have a tanker truck that pumps in their holding tank. Thats why we get it alot cheaper. Very easy to use. Just get your water jug, the temps the same and pour it in. Beats mixing.

Seen it at petland for $15.00 a gallon. Too much $$$ for me
