Ok one last time to make sure I get enough of each to make a good sandbed. I am getting a 100gallon tank, 48" long type. I want around a 4-5" sandbed (that's good, right?) and since I can't afford ALL live sand, obviously, I wanna use southdown. Now, I wanna use about 60lbs live sand I guess and the rest southdown. How much southdown should I get? It's 50lb bags.. how many total pounds of sand should I need for this tank and sand depth? I was told around 250lbs would be good? You think a 40lb bag and a 20lb of the live sand on swf.com and 3 50lb bags of southdown would be enough? Thanks!
