Just got a Metallic Green Open Brain today, where should I stick him? 192w PC's in a 65 gal btw. Sand? Close to the lights?

They like the sandbed and that should be enough light to make him happy. I would put him on the sand in low current and see how he does. I have all 3 of mine that way

yikes thanks man, the LFS I got him at had him on a LR ledge halfway up the tank!
down in the sand he goes!

How about for a long tentacle anemone? is it best to be placed on the sand? i have mine on the LR. My fear of placing the anemone on the sand is my red hawaiian lobster.

The anemone will move to where it wants to be, mine like the sand but if yours isn't moving it means it's happy.
