Dang, so this morning due to the fact that I don't have a healthy diet, decided to eat breakfast this morning. Quacker makes some granola raisin stuff. It is pretty tasty
especially after I added some more mollassass. yum. The problem is now I"m starving. And it is only 9 o'clock.

I was really bad this morning. I was so hungry since I didn't eat much dinner last night so I went to the cafe this morning. All white omelet with onion, bell peppers and jalapeno with 3 pieces of bacon and smoked sausage. I think I felt my cholesterol jump 10 points!
I usually drink a smoothie that I make at home for breafast or eat bananas.

There is nothing wrong with an omlet. And if god didn't want us to eat pigs he wouldn't have made them out of bacon...

Reminds me of that Happy Burger movie quote.
If God didn't want us to eat animals then why did he make them out of meat.

I've always loved that line.

It's true mostly cause what we eat for breakfast here in the us is sugary crap. Try eating something very healthy and if possible sugar free and low carb. I like sliced tomatoes, avacado, mozzarella, and a bit of spinach with a little olive oil and "italian spices".
Avacado with or without tomato on a piece of whole grain bread, etc... Hard boiled egg
Stuff like that and in a small portion. Usually it feels like fuel, and your not hungry or tired soon after.
Stay away from pancakes, danishes, donuts, waffles, anything that is all 100% carbs and you will have a better experience with breakfast. :)

LOL....does that mean stay away from bacon, egg and cheese bagels too

or breakfast burritos
I'm jokin.....but then again...no I'm not

Every so often I get what I mentioned above....BUT, when I am on a eat better kick, I will order a cheese omelet, or spanish omelet...no toast, no potatoes....BUT that is more rare then the other stuff I mentioned

IMO, the cheese, egg or bacon won't mess with your metabolism. Your heart may not like it, but it won't mess with your blood sugar. But the bagel... that bagel will, lol.
And from what I've seen, those flatbreads like tortillas and well...flatbread, pack more calories and carbs than a regular piece of bread! Strange... But like you, I usually skip breakfast. But I love a bowl of berries with milk and splenda.
