Breathing problems HELP!!!!!!!!!

I woke up this morning to find that my tricolor wrasse was on the ground (not on it's side) breathing really hard he swims a tiny bit but goes back down :scared: :scared: . What's wrong? i'm not shure if other tricolor wrasses have this but there are about 2 or 3 opaque stripes on his head. is this bad???? Please help!!!!!!!!!! :help: :help: :help: :help: :help:

what are your water parimeters
ph, amonia,nitrates nitrites,sg
when was the last he ate and what type of food
oh yes other tank mates harrassing him?

all the parameters are fine and no he is not being harrased he's the biggest fish in my tank. He has not eaten he has most of his color back but he's not breathing right and my scooter b. is breathing fast too but he is moving and eating. But my fish are starting to hide!!
Is it a disease? will they live?

all paremeter checked good ph also right? hmmm is he rubbing on objects? flashing? darting about periodicly?could be possible paresites but very hard to tell for sure

everybody looks better this morning exept for the wrasse,

he's jus sittin in the corner not moving, his breathing is slower though.
