Yes. This is correct. Once the fry has settled for a few days, you can drop the temperature and SG.
Dropping temperature will reduce evaporation. Dropping SG will reduce salt, osmosis stress, and might prevent rotifers from going into shock. Rotifiers will go into shock if they are subjected to SG 0.007 change.
