Breeding Percs

I have had a pair of true percs for couple of years - and just in the summer acquired a large bubble tip - which is doing well and has split 4 times.
Now I see that the clownfish have a orange layer (looks like eggs) on the rock ledge under the aneneme lip. The male seems to be very protective and not leave them. The female goes and feeds normally.
I think that I may have a brood of Percs - any hints on how to feed or treat the normal cycle with maintenance and feeding until hatching??
also - should the young be gathered into a separate tank for protection?

Typically it's 0% for the first few batches.
