I got web links. And yes, just transfer all the water&bbs from one stage to the next, use fresh saltwater to refill As you go through the stages.

This is apparently very true. The two LFSs that I frequent BOTH talked me out of even purchasing said hatcheries!! Good for them and good for me.
This thread has really taken off.
I think that it must be reiterated here, that dwarf seahorses need to be fed 3 x/day which is quite a time committment as far as making sure they have food and giving them said food. I'm just hoping that those posting here interested in setting up dwarf tanks are well aware of the committment they are taking on with dwarf seahorses.

3x's??? Ponies are a huge commitment, but I feed mine once a day, but I feed in big quantities so the ponies can snack all night.

The eggs are so tiny you can hardly distiguish a single egg. I add 4 to 7 drop from the bottle.
As for the vitamin enrichment. Brine shrimp all by themselves, with no food in their bellies are about as nutritious as eating flavored ice cubes. In the last step, before feeding the ponies, you and the vitamin supplement to the bottle. The baby brine eat it, therefore, pre-stuffing(or gut loading) the brine with nutrients and vitamins; that the brine would have otherwise eaten in the wild.

i think adding a drop or two of phytoplankton helps too? it's a healthy food for zooplankton.

I use it as a back up, but it's better to use it for corals, not enough gut loading nutrition for ponies. But adding it to the vitachem couldn't hurt, actually that's not a bad idea. Adds a little viariety

Mix them continuously and they should turn from brown to grey to orange. Rinse them under cool tap water using a brine net until the smell of clorox is removed. Place the eggs in fresh water again this time with chlorine remover for about 2 minuted until the water is nutreulized. Place the eggs in saturated brine water and they can be fed straight to your fish, stored in the fridge for 2 months, or hatched in salted water at 86 degrees over night.
I'll be setting a hatchery up in the next few days and practicing for when my Bangaii spits out the babies.
I understand the hatchery part, but not too clear on the eggs and decapsultaing part. I have a bottle of brine shrimp eggs I got ffrom my LFS a while back. These are DRY eggs. Is this what you are reffering to when you say to rehydrate them? Or should I look at getting some other type of eggs. Do I have to use decsupalted eggs? Also I thought I read where DR. Marini recomended using phyto first. Now then, I have no idea exactly what day he'll spit 'em out. So I need to be prepared. How long does it actually take to hatch the eggs. I'll need to feed 3-5x's a day, so I wont have long to get some "cooked" up.
