Im feeding my two clowns and a puffer mysis shrimp. I was wondering if live brine shrimp would be a better food for them. Is it?

frozen mysis shrimp is better than live brine shrimp?

1000% better.
Unless you have JUST fed Brine Shimp a nutritious meal they have nearly no nutritional value. It is possible to pack them full of nutrients by gut loading them with Nannochloropsis or a similar nutritious food but after a couple of hours they are empty grocery bags.

ill just stick to feeding frozen mysis shrimp them. I only wondered because i figured it would be cheeper in the long run to keep live breeding ones.
