Well I bought some brine shrimp eggs the other day at the LFS thought I would give it a try. Set up a little tank (old beta tank) 1/2 gallon sterilized it wanted to add just a little bit of the eggs ended up dumping alot. Added the salt before the eggs got the salinity to 1.015 like the instructions said, and added a little heater. Day later all these tiny little things swimming around. added a light and used a small syringe to get them out, fed them to my new baby cichlids, FW tanks even added some to the reef - clowns loved them chased them around for at least 1/2 an hour. Kinda cool i don't see what a larger fish would get out of them but they have fun chasing them around. The baby fry really like them. Just practicing for when i get horses and hopefully they will have fry and I can feed them baby brine shrimp. How big do these brine shrimp get if you let them go to adult stage. Also I added a small airstone, should that be left on all the time.
