I need to know the best way to get rid of these. Or if there is anything that eats them

Bristleworms are generally beneficial to your tank and an important part of your CUC. If you are dead set on removing them a sixline wrasse will prey on them.

i believe Coral banded shrimp will also eat them

My CBS eats them, but I agree that they (most all of them) are beneficial and would not intentionally try to get rid of them. I have a CBS because they are AWESOME! ...not because they eat bristle worms. Also keep in mind that a predator may, or may not, eat them.

Arrow crabs also eat bristle worms
