Bristle Worms

HELP!!
BRISTLE WORMS: After I turn the lights out on my saltwater tank, about one hour later I can turn a flashlight on the tank and I'll see small to large BRISTLE WORMS (about 100 ) of them, mostly small ones.
Is there a way to get rid of them in a reef tank?

Why would you want to get rid of them?

Because the other two people that I know that have saltwater tanks say they will distroy my corals.
I don't know if they will or won't so I'm trying to find out.

Most likely the worms you are seeing are beneficial.
