Britle Star & Shrimp Food

What do you feed a Britle Star & ah Shrimp if anything?

I believe brittle stars are detrivores, by that I mean they eat leftovers (use your imagination) on the bottom of the tank. Shrimp will pick over the live rock if you have it. Not sure what they like if you dont have live rock.

I feed my shrimp by hand with Formula one frozen or flake - my cleaner shrimp takes it right out of my hand. My brittle and serpents eat the frozen from ym fingers as well.
I wash my hands before and after feeding. In fact, my shrimp and star fish are the coolest things in my FOWLR tank that I have.

About once a week I feed my cleaner shrimp and my brittle star plankton pellets they love them and it's fun to watch the brittle star come out after it. Once he sticks it in his stomach it pokes up the top and looks goofy till he digests it.
