Well, today I went to the LFS and bought some pretty cool looking Zoo's along with some Star Polyps. While I was aclimating, I noticed that there was a small blue legged hermit crab tangled up in the plastic bag. No problem, I'll get him undone, well, I looked a little closer an figgured out that he was inside the bag!
Then I was looking a little closer at one of the bodies of the Zoo's and noticed what looked like a fungus growing on it. After close inspection it turns out to be (correct me if I'm wrong) a tiny Brittle Star. How cool is that???!!! Anyway, as I was getting the Zoo's out of the bag, I noticed that there was some stringy white looking thing waaay down inside the Zoo cluster, and after a closer look, it too was a bright white colored Brittle Star. I couldent get a pic of the second one, but I did manage to get one of the first one I saw.
Do you guys think there is any chance of survival? Don't know if it would be good in my tank for I havent done any research on these little guys.
Just excited about the new arrivals,
Thanks,
Joe
