Brittle star

I just got a Brittle star and have had him for about 2 weeks now and he has moved like 6 inches from were he first went into the tank. I have heard these star's NEVER stop moving...

Mine stays under a rock cave during the day, but travels all over the tank at lights out! I do feed him a couple of times a week with krill, he comes out and gets it from my hand! He also loves the Formula 1-2 foods they are meaty and again he comes flying out of him room to get some!
Mine has also grown twice the size in 8 mos.

All I ever see of mine is arms flailing everywhere when I feed, other then that it makes a rare appearance outside of it's rock.

Brittle starts and serpent stars are great!!
they'll clean up a lot of mess when needed.
Are you using Formula One frozen food? if so place pieces near the brittle and it'll move believe me!!
You need to getup aroud 2:00am and see if it's in the same place. they love to move around at night with their tenticles but are very shy creatures.
