broken fin on Firefish gobys??

Both of the dorsal fins are broken on my Firefish Gobys? They seem to be fighting alot lately. Any suggestions?

That happened to one of mine. Didn't swim much after that...then I found him behind my wet/dry when I did a cleaning.

Dont know how long you have had them, but when juviniles of the same gender mature, or adults of the same gender become comfortable in the tank, they will fight. Often 'till one dies. Might consider seperateing them.

you are not susposed to keep two firefish in the same tank unless they are a heterosexual pair. Anyother combo will eventualy lead to fighting.

I have Three Firefish in my tank and they all get along fine (100 gallons). Have you ever seen any aggression between the firefish? What else do you have in the tank? Is the fin "broken" or just gone (bitten off) ?
