Brooklynella Cure Options?

I notice today my two clowns have started to have Brooklynella or "clownfish disease" and I read Beth post about the Formalin bathes.
The problem is catching the clownfish from the 70G DT. These fishes are fast. I am affraid that I will stress out the clown and other fishes while trying to catch them.
Since brooklynella is a type of parasites, would it be possible to treat it with medication such as Stop Parasite?
Thanks

No, brooklynella must be treated with formalin baths. You may have to move your rock work to catch them. Brooklynella kills fast so the sooner you start the fish on treatment the better.
