Brown Algae In Sand!

I need help,i have a 24 gallon cube that has been up for 5 months with coral clonwfish,a scooter blenny,and a fire shrimp.recently i have gotten brown algae all over my sand and it is becoming a problem.is there any sloution to this?my parameters are fine,i dont overfeed,and i dont add to many liquids i am puzzled.i despretely need help.anyone with answers please help me!

yes i am using ro water.i buy it from a fish store where my buddy works.it is relatively close to a window but i leave the blinds shut all day.
