Brown Webs

I just got a new light for my tank a few weeks ago. I have a lot of brown webs all over. Can this be from my new light? And is this good or bad?

Did you get a new lighting setup or change bulbs? If it's a new setup, what was your old lighting and what did you change to? If you got stronger lighting, did you acclimate the tank to the lighting?
It could be diatoms. Can you post a photo?

A new light set up.I had a compack changed to a T-5. No i did't acclimate the tank to the light. I did't think I had to. If it is diatoms is this bad? Ill try to get some photos on later.
