BTA feeding

Hi ya Folks, I Just picked up a neon BTA, I need to know what and how to feed him to make him grow!

I feed mine silverslides and krill. Just place it on it's tentacles. It will take it from you.

Interesting, i tried to feed it krill and it retracted from it, I will grab some silversides today and try that! Btw I have plenty of light !

I had cut my light cycle way back, But since adding the BTA's I bumped it back up until they get happy !

I did finally get my bta's to eat, just took some patience! Had to act like a shrimp for a bit!

Feeding tips located in the top sticky at the bottom.
About once a month or two I give mine some mysis shrimp or other meaty food. I use a turkey baster.

I did read that sticky, good info there! I had tried to feed them and they where not taking the food, so i was looking for more info! I just needed to be more like krill to get them to take it!

I am going to pickup some silversides and mysis , i think i am going to make up some food of my own!
