BTA Problem

i have two BTAs right next to each other in my tank and one is perfectly fine but the others (the smaller one) mouth has been bubbled up as if it were eating for a few days now non stop (i wouldn't call it gaping, which i know is a bad sign) and its also been kinda shriveled up for most of the time to, and i'm wondering if that's a bad thing, is it?
And how should i fix this problem?
(lost my camera, so i cant get pics)

I am not sure. I will try to do a search on the site. Maybe someone with more info can drop by. Can you take a picture with the camera phone and upload it that way?
