Bubble Algae

What works best to get rid of it. It recently has spread like wildfire. If i manually remove it by removing the rocks and pulling them off then rinsing the rock with RO/DI can I do every rock in one day? or should I just do a couple of rocks each time?

If you take the rocks out....scrub them in SW...then rinse them in fresh SW
Emerald crabs will help, BUT I think they have to be hungry...LOL

cant i just tweeze them off then rinse them off in fresh SW....why scrub them in SW?

I guess you don't have to scrub them in SW...I just found it easier to scrub the rocks under water
they are not as easy to get off as people make it sound LOL....believe me

Ok sounds good...i will just do a water change and save the water to use as a scrub..and then use the fresh SW to rinse...do you think i can do all the LR in one day? it won"t cause a cycle will it?

It won;t cause a cycle..LOL...may cause a spike, BUT only if you stir a lot of stuff up in the tank....be careful of stirring the sand
