Bubble Survival...

Today i recieved my a large green bubble coral that I got off of the big auction site.
When it showed up to my house, which is only 30 minutes away from where my seller was who refused to meet up instead of ship, the damn thing came in and was in a bag with about an ounce or two of water...the thing was still a little moist but not looking good. I put it in my tank anwyays, to see if I can save part of it. it looks like it has two heads and half of one of the heads no longer has any living tissure.
Is it possible for this tissue to grow back? If not should I frag that part off?

yeah bubbles always look about dead when they are shipped.....
my bubble is about 10" across when inflated but when it deflates its smaller than a baseball and looks dead....
as long as there is tissue its fine....
its already lookin good from ur pics
