I bought a BTA yesterday put it in the tank, a couple hours later my clown went right too him everyting was great. then last night It got sucked to the intake of the filter, some of his tentacals and parts of him got pulled in, I had to carefully get it off. He didn't look good! He's sitll kicking stuck to the side of the tank but in bad shape. Do you think he's doomed or is there a chance he might survive?

There is a chance that it could survive certainly. It depends on the amount of damage.
It also helps if this is an ideal situation for the anemone - mature tank, ideal lighting and water quality. All these will help, but it is hard to know the extent of the damage.

There is no real way of telling if it will survive. Mine was sucked in a power head before i got prefilters and it looked really bad for a couple months. It was all shriveled up and under all the rocks. Its starting to come back but still not sure if it will make it. It will take a long time for it to heal correctly. Good luck and go get pre filters will save it from another encounter.

I did go pick up a prefilter today, a little late though. I'm afraid of him dieing in the tank and I don't catch it in time and it messing up my water. Do you know if I can add another one in the tank with it?
