Bubble tip anemone & lighting

Can I get a bubble tip anemone for a clownfish if I only have the regular tank lights? Do I have to get the Super Lights in order for the anemone to live in my tank?
36 gallon bowfront tank, aragonite substrate, live rock & regular un-live rock, filter, heater, powerhead, 2 damsels.

Regular tank lights will not support any of the anemones for sale in this hobby. You will likely spend about 200 for the minimum setup for the hardiest ones.

I have a bubble tip that my ocellaris enjoys.
However, I had the regular fluorescent it seemed to be doing fine (even though I'm sure it wouldn't have lasted)
I recently (in the last 3 weeks) set up PC 4 X 65 in my 55 gal. (it cost $200) and the bubble tip won't stay on top of the LR it keeps rolling over a side and haging on a vertical edge. Is this normal?
By the way I also have a condy and a sebae in their and I really like the sebae!!
