Bubble Tip Anenome is it Dead?

Hi,
I have a bubblie tip anenome. It was fine last week but now it looks all torn up and is no longer in a shape of an anenome more like a snake. I can still see a little bit of movement? Does anyone know whats wrong? I checked on it last night and it was long but now this morning it looks like half the size. I dont know what happen to the other portion. Did my clownfish do this?

Are the portions still together or is it in peices like tumbling around the tank?
