Bubble Tip Feeding Question

Fed my bubble tip some pieces of clam last night & noticed about an hour ago that some of the tips are deflated & I can see pieces of uneaten clam at the center. What's goin on here?

Might not be hungry or there could be something else wrong, is the color good? Other than a few tentacles deflated does the rest of it look full?

Mine love mysis and silversides-do not know about clams-they will get smaller after they eat-they are digesting - as long as there is no white stringy stuff coming out. :happyfish

color looks real good although I did notice a tiny bit of stringy stuff coming off of a rock close to it. What does that mean?
