bubble tip/fish lighting ?

Ive got a 300 g fish only tank with 4 4' light strips in 2 coral life balasts. they are about 18 mo old so i'm going to replace them. I want to get bulbs that make my fishs' colors POP but was hoping that i could get bulbs that would also support a bubble tip anemone ... is it possible?
If not, what are the best lights for my fish? Ive been told the actinic bulbs are the best. thanks for any ideas

Fish dont need any particular type of light although some actinics really help make their colors pop. For the anemone you are going to want either T5 with individual reflectors or Metal Halides

ok, even a bubble tip? Ive been told they dont need such strong light. Would my existing balasts work?
