How old is the tank? Are you running a protein skimmer? Are the freely all over the place or just stuck on stuff? If they are just on things and not really floating around then they will go away.

the bubbles are stuck on things..my tank has been set up for months..I do not have a protein skimmer but my water is testing perfect..fish, coral seem all fine....these bubbles just started today..never saw them like this before. My light is only a few weeks old though..it is a 135 watt...29gal tank.

Do you have a canister filter? If so, give it a shake and see it it releases any air bubbles.
Or do you see gas or looks like air bubbles below your substrate/LS through the glass.

I know what you are talkin about. I had alot of micro bubbles in my tank before and they even were on the bottom of rocks which scared me. It turns out everytime this happened the water level in my sump was a little low and the pumps were suckin in air and water.
