Bubbles or ich or what??? on my fish

My fish are starting to die.... I have 0 ppm nitrate, nitrite, and ammonia.... I have noticed what looks to be micro bubbles completely covering almost ALL of my fish. I also see white spots on tails but on the body they appear to be bubbles??? How do I treat this??? Is it bubbles or is it ich or possibly both? I just added a seaclone skimmer which I'm thinking might have been the start of these problems.... I adjust all the time but can't get all the micro bubbles to go away... I've lost 4 fish since this started 2 weeks ago... HELP SOMEONE PLEASE!!!

Do the fish have ich? Take a look at the pictures of the fish with ich in the Diseased Fish Thread.

I looked through all the pictures earlier.... I see spots on their tails that appear to be ich, but their bodies appear to be covered in small bubbles which looks more like the other thing.... We lost 2 more since this morning... We're down to 4 fish alive... A yellow tang, scopas tang, percula, and a missing skunk clown who might have already died :( The 2 chromis that died this afternoon were at the top breathing heavily this morning, and before they NEVER came out of hiding in the live rock except to eat. Then they were dead a few hours earlier....
