Bubbles....

I've noticed lately that there are a ton of bubbles on the surface and it is kinda creating a film kinda thing....What do I do? I've already decreased the amount of bubbles that come out of the skilter, but is there anythign else I can do?

Get a powerhead and aim it at the surface to stir this stuff up.This will also aid in airation of the water. I agree that the Skilter is junk.I had one and Played around with all kinds of modifications and still could never get it to skim.
