Bass is good, but I do favor the Irish stuff over the English; Smithwick's and Guinness.

Very nice. I love Guiness. I have been getting into Belguim beer a bit lately like Kwak and Duvel.

Pfff, the best beer w/o a doubt is a Trappist (exclusively brewed by a Belgian monk). Westvleteren 12 or St. Bernadus Abt. 12.

I could do (and have done) Coors light with that combo, but only with that combo... any other time and I can't stand the stuff.

Crimzy do you mean Pete's Wicked Winter Brew? If so, it used to be a great beer for what it was, ownership has changed hands and like all the other Pete's, are now run of mill beers with enough fruit to get your daily nutritional value...

Well, I finally decided to vote for bleu cheese. Ranch is superior since it can be used on more foods, but when it really comes down to a choice, I would go with bleu cheese for buffalo chicken...
