Bugs in tank, HELP

I was looking at my 20 gal tall, and all over the back glass is a lot of these little bugs.
They are almost clear in color, about 3/16" long and maybe .050" wide, every thing in the tank seems health, no fish in there, just a clean up crew, a couple mushroom corals, and some brittle stars. Does anyone have a idea what these could be, and how to get ride of them. Thank you in advance for the info. Jon

They are probably 'pods. They are a good thing to have.

I have about a million of them, they're fine and your fish will eat them.

Where do they come from, everything I have put in the tank has been clean, also do I need to put some fish into this tank to eat them, I have a 72 bow front also, this is my 20 tall just min stuff in it, no fish, last time I did a good cleaning I put the fish in the big tank, now I can't catch them to put any back, that might be why I am seeing them for the first time now, the fish were keeping the numbers down. Nah, you don't need to get rid of them. They are beneficial.
