Bugs???

I have a question. I havent seen it mentioned on here so im gonna ask. I was cleaning the glass on the outside of my tank this morning, and I noticed on the inside of the glass there were these tiny white/clear looking things moving. They almost look like bugs. but they are very very small, the only way i knew they were there is cause my face was right up to the glass. There are like thousands off them all over the inside of the glass. Does anyone know what they are and if they are bad. And if so how do i get rid of them!

more than likely those are pods which are mostly good...i had a lot of them and thought they were also bad but was told differenty...mine looked like little ants with intenneas..hth

thats exacally what they look like little tiny white ants with like black antennas. What are they exacally? If anyone knows.
and is it a sign that my tank is healthy?

again not positive but....yes that means things are good...how they get in there not sure i think off rock and sand...there are times i dont see any then boom they are everywhere...you can search pods and get all kinds of info....
