For starters, this will get more responses in the equipment section, and secondly, what exactly are the three sections for? That will help to get a better idea of how big what should be . . . .etc.
Still not sure that I grasp whats going on here. What is the raised portion for off center left?
Also . . . about how big overall, how many gallons are you looking to get out of it . . . . how permanant is this tank going to be, etc. etc.
