Building a 10 gallon fuge

Hey!
I was thinking about doing a 10 gallon fuge but wanted to know if you can do a glass bottom one with lots of live rock?

Sure you can go barebottom in a fuge.
Live rock would be important in it, as well as macroalgaes.
The point of a fuge is to have a "refuge" for macro and micro organisms away from predators as well as to grow macroalgae. By eliminating a sandbed, you are not letting those kinds of critters grow, multiply and thrive to clean and filter your water. But that doesn't mean that organisms won't grow on your rocks either.
Sand, especially deep sand beds in refugiums offer a way for nitrates and phosphates to break down into Nitrogen gas naturally, but is not needed directly for denitrification. :D

OK well i have lots of life rock in there and I have also ordered some micro algae to put in there with copods. I do have some sand in there but i may go get some more. Im going to start it and seed it out then connect it to my main tank after i see that there is growth of pods. Does this sound like something that may work?
Thanks

Make sure the live rock cycles and there is zero ammonia and nitrites before adding anything extra to your system. Other then that, I see no problems.
Copepods should already be on the live rock and you shouldn't need to "seed" them.
