building a tank

Has anyone had any experience building a tank? I was wondering about plans...if it was cost effective...and any ideas. I am really poor and I am looking for a inexpensive route towards getting a good size tank. Any help would be great!

Well, If your building a large tnak, than it would be cost effective. A small tank is not much cheaper to DIY though.
What size tank are you thinking about.

that is exactly what I am looking for. do you have any plans or know where I could get plans to look to see if I could handle it?
