Not Home Depot, Lowes or Menards.
Check your local Spa/Pool stores...you may get lucky.

Yeah plumbing supply places should carry bulkheads, but will probably cost you quite a bit more than ordering from an online place....Try Savko they have really good prices you can't beat

One thing you do not want to skimp on is the bulkhead fitting. Cheap ones have a tendency to jump threads when tightening them up, or they crack....Not saying more expensive is better, but stay with a brand that has recomendations, as it seems there is a lot of chinese made crap out there thats caused problems. Try looking in a boat or marine supply, but for best bet, the Savko are used and have a good reputation on being good quality BH's. Aquatic Eco also sells good BH fittings.

I have purchased these at Ace Hardware. They are in the boating department and meant to be used on a boat. They were 6.99 for one that was about 1 1/2 inner diameter. They worked fine, but they did not come with a rubber washer, I had to purchase that seperate. I was not looking to save money, I just needed them on a Monday and our LFS is closed on Mondays.
