Bulkhead???

That's a lot of holes, The only thing I can think of is to be sure there is enough room between the holes for the bulhead to fit, because they will be bigger then the hole and from the dwg. it looks pretty tight between some of them

I dont know of anyway to reduce the amount of holes? and I can't find complete demintions on a scedual 80 bulkhead....
so....

Ok I figured it out, instead of placing the larger holes in the overflow, i will bring them up throuh the glass on the outside of the overflow and hide them in rock structure. This way the only thing in the overflow is the drain and returns.

that sounds like a good idea, I was concerened about that many holes in that tight of a space, and it would be tough if you had to reach in there to tightin a bulkhead, if you need to know the overall dim. for a 1.5" bulkhead let me know and I measure mine to get an idea.
