Bulkheads

I'm drilling a 55 gallon tank and want to know which is better to use....slip or threaded bulkheads? I would think threaded because they would allow easier removal of plumbing.

I'd go threaded and add a true union ball valve to it.
Made my life MUCH easier when I had a few "oversites" that needed correcting.
